fiction you say?

boy i have been a terrible blogger. i apologize to the 2.5 people who were reading my blog on a regular basis. sorry mom and dawn. 

i just haven't had much to say. i was not sure why but then i talked to someone about my job. he asked me what i did and i said i am a fiction writer in my heart and my career is a communications director, writing marketing material etc. he laughed and said, so you are a fiction writer as a career as well. 

then it dawned on me. i am out of words. i am using words and sitting on the computer all day. so by the time it gets to my time to write for me, i am out. my butt hurts, my brain is bent, and my fingers are tired. 

but i miss it.

i miss the pride, i miss the story and i miss the dream. i do not however miss the beating of my head against a wall :)

hopefully i can visit here more often and start telling you about the fiction i am writing for me.
